|Shredded swiss cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Snipped chives||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Cooked crabmeat||2 Tablespoon|
Microwave Cornmeal Quiche Shell[s].
Sprinkle cheese and chives in shell[s].
Beat egg[s], milk, salt and pepper in 2-cup measure; stir in crabmeat.
Microwave uncovered on medium-high (385 watts) until warm, 1 to 1 1/2 min [2 to 3 min, stirring after 1 min].
Stir; pour into shell[s].
Place shell[s] on inverted saucer[s] in microwave oven.
Microwave uncovered on medium-high (385 watts) 2 min; turn dish[es] 1/2 turn.
Microwave uncovered until center is almost set, 1 to 2 min [2 to 3 min].
Cover loosely and let stand on flat, heatproof surface 3 min.
