Dieter's Quiche

  Eggs 10 Small
  Cottage cheese 16 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Monterey jack cheese 1 Pound, grated
  Canned green chilies 8 Ounce, chopped (Two 4 Ounce Cans)
  Chopped mushrooms 4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Unsifted flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Preheat oven to 350°.
Beat eggs until lemon colored.
Mix all ingredients together and beat until well blended.
Pour into glass dish or two small glass dishes.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
May be served hot or cold.
Great with hot sauce or fresh fruit on the side.
