|Cottage cheese||16 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Monterey jack cheese||1 Pound, grated|
|Canned green chilies||8 Ounce, chopped (Two 4 Ounce Cans)|
|Chopped mushrooms||4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Unsifted flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Beat eggs until lemon colored.
Mix all ingredients together and beat until well blended.
Pour into glass dish or two small glass dishes.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
May be served hot or cold.
Great with hot sauce or fresh fruit on the side.
