Spinach Onion Quiche
|Finely chopped sweet onion||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Grated swiss cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unbaked 9 inch pie shell||1|
Saute" onions slowly in butter.
Cook spinach according to package directions.
Combine onion, spinach, and Swiss cheese.
Blend in milk and seasonings.
Combine with spinach mixture.
Bake pie shell.
Pour in egg-vegetable mixture.
Bake in 375 degree-oven, 35-40 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out dean.
