|Monosodium glutamate||1 Teaspoon (Msg)|
1.Pre heat the oven at 400 degrees.
2.Put the pastry shell in the oven and bake until brown for 15-20 mins.
3.In a pan, heta butter and fry onions in it.
4.In a bowl, put fried onions, Swiss cheese, bacon, Parmesan cheese, eggs, coffe e cream, salt, white pepper, MSG and parsley.
5.Put the entire mixture in bakes pastry shell and bake it for 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees.
6.Check for doneness by inserting a knife.
7.Let the pastry settle for 10 minutes at room temperature.
8.Serve at room temperature or by heating again for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
