|Canned whole kernel corn||12 Ounce, drained (1 1/2 Cups, 1 Can)|
|Grated swiss cheese/Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Crisp bacon slices||4 , crumbled|
Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry.
Mix corn and cheese and put in bottom of pastry-lined pan.
Beat eggs with cream, onion, and seasonings.
Pour over corn.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Bake in preheated hot oven (400°F.) for 25 minutes.
Reduce heat to moderate (350°F.) and bake for about 20 minutes longer.
Serve at once.
