Corn Quiche

Ingredients
  Pastry 1 (For 1-Crust 9-Inch Pie, Unbaked)
  Canned whole kernel corn 12 Ounce, drained (1 1/2 Cups, 1 Can)
  Grated swiss cheese/Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 5
  Light cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Crisp bacon slices 4 , crumbled
Directions

Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry.
Mix corn and cheese and put in bottom of pastry-lined pan.
Beat eggs with cream, onion, and seasonings.
Pour over corn.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Bake in preheated hot oven (400°F.) for 25 minutes.
Reduce heat to moderate (350°F.) and bake for about 20 minutes longer.
Serve at once.
