|Sliced green onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Crumble ground beef into 9-in pie plate.
Microwave at High 2 1/2 to 4 minutes, or until meat loses its pink color.
Break up and drain.
In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients except cheese.
Pour into pie plate.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 4 minutes.
Push cooked portions to center of plate.
Microwave 4 1/2 to 8 minutes, or until almost set, lifting edges of set egg after half the cooking time.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Microwave 1 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Let stand several minutes before serving.
