All in One Quiche

Ingredients
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Biscuit mix 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 6 Tablespoon (Room Temperature, 3/4 Stick)
  Eggs 3
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Diced ham/Turkey/chicken/shrimp/bacon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine first 5 ingredients in blender and mix well.
Turn into ungreased deep 9-inch or regular 10-inch pie plate.
Add meat or shellfish, poking into batter Top with onions, mushrooms and cheese.
Bake until top is golden, about 45 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
