|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, sliced|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|9 inch baked pie shell||1|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Half and half/Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Add mushrooms and onions; saute until mushrooms are tender.
Arrange mushrooms and onions evenly in pie shell.
Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
In a mixing bowl, beat together remaining ingredients until well blended.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
Let quiche stand 5 minutes before serving.
