Old Country Quiche
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked bacon slice||6 , crumbled|
|Shredded wisconsin swiss cheese||8 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Dash|
|9 inch pastry shell||1 , baked|
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cook and stir onion in butter in small skillet until tender.
Combine cooked onion, bacon, cheese and flour in small bowl.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and nutmeg in large bowl.
Stir in onion mixture.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until center is set.
