|Cubed cooked turkey||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 , chopped|
|Monterey jack cheese||4 Ounce|
|Cheddar cheese||4 Ounce|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||5 , lightly beaten|
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In frozen pie shell place turkey, onion, and tomato.
In a small bowl, stir together Monterey Jack and Cheddar.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese mixture over ingredients in pie shell.
Add sour cream and seasonings to eggs.
Pour egg mixture into pie shell.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
