Microwaved Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients
  Baked quiche shell 1
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Evaporated milk/Cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

Combine onion, mushrooms and butter in 2-quart measure.
MICROWAVE 2 to 3 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add flour and mix well.
Stir in milk.
MICROWAVE 1 to 2 MINUTES on '8', or until mixture boils.
Stir a little of the hot liquid into beaten egg.
Stir egg mixture, evaporated milk, salt and pepper into hot mushroom sauce.
Pour into baked quiche shell.
MICROWAVE 12 MINUTES on '6', or until metal knife inserted in center comes out clean.
