|Baked quiche/Pastry shell||1 (10 Inch Size)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, cut in 1/4 inch strips|
|Fresh mushrooms||4 Ounce, sliced|
On roasting rack or layers of paper towels, MICROWAVE bacon 5 to 6 MINUTES on HIGH, or until crisp.
Crumble into bottom of cooked pie shell.
In medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk and seasoned salt.
In 1-quart measure, combine onion, green pepper, mushrooms and butter.
MICROWAVE 3 to 5 MINUTES on HIGH, or until onions are transparent.
Add to egg mixture.
Stir until blended.
Pour into pie shell.
MICROWAVE 14 to 16 MINUTES on '6', or until metal knife inserted in center comes out clean.
