Cream Cheese Quiche

|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (At Room Temperature)|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped cooked ham/Other cooked meat||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Snipped fresh dill/2 teaspoons dried dill||2 Tablespoon|
|Unbaked 9 inch pie shell||1|
|Cheddar cheese slices/Swiss cheese slices||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Whip cream cheese with eggs.
Add salt and pepper and blend well.
Gently stir in ham and dill.
Spoon into pie shell.
Top with cheese.
Bake until golden, about 30 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
