|Monterey jack cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), grated|
|Bacon strips||9 , crisply cooked and crumbled|
|Canned diced green chilies||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Green onions||3 , thinly sliced|
|Deep dish pie shell||1 (Baked 9 Inch)|
|Canned evaporated milk||13 Ounce (Regular Or Nonfat)|
Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl and toss lightly.
Sprinkle about 3/4 of mixture over pie shell.
Heat milk in measuring cup on High 2 1/2 minutes.
Beat eggs in separate bowl.
Add hot milk and beat again.
Pour evenly into pie shell.
Sprinkle with remaining bacon mixture.
Cook on Bake (60 percent power) until center is barely set, about 12 to 15 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
