Shrimp Quiche

Ingredients
  Process swiss cheese 4 Ounce, shredded (1 Cup)
  Gruyere cheese 4 Ounce, shredded
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 3
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Plain pastry 1
  Frozen peeled shrimp 10 Ounce, cleaned, thawed and diced to make about 1 cup (1 Package)
Directions

Toss together Swiss cheese, Gruyere cheese, and flour.
Beat together next 5 ingredients, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Prepare pastry; line 6 individual bakers.
Divide about 3/4 of the cheese mixture between the pastry-lined bakers; add diced shrimp and remaining cheese.
Pour in egg mixture.
Bake in hot oven (400°) for about 30 minutes, or till knife inserted just off center comes out clean.
If desired, garnish with whole cooked shrimp and parsley.
