|Process swiss cheese||4 Ounce, shredded (1 Cup)|
|Gruyere cheese||4 Ounce, shredded|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
|Frozen peeled shrimp||10 Ounce, cleaned, thawed and diced to make about 1 cup (1 Package)|
Toss together Swiss cheese, Gruyere cheese, and flour.
Beat together next 5 ingredients, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Prepare pastry; line 6 individual bakers.
Divide about 3/4 of the cheese mixture between the pastry-lined bakers; add diced shrimp and remaining cheese.
Pour in egg mixture.
Bake in hot oven (400°) for about 30 minutes, or till knife inserted just off center comes out clean.
If desired, garnish with whole cooked shrimp and parsley.
