Crustless Onion Soup Quiche
|Bacon slice||10 , cooked, crumbled, and divided|
|Grated swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), divided|
|Canned evaporated milk||13 Ounce (1 can)|
|Dry onion soup mix||1 3⁄8 Ounce (1 packet)|
Reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon for garnish.
Sprinkle remaining bacon in bottom of 9-inch glass pie plate.
Spread 1/2 cup of cheese over bacon.
Beat eggs well.
Add milk, dry soup mix, and remaining cheese.
Stir to blend.
Pour over bacon and cheese.
Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave at MEDIUM 12 to 13 minutes.
Outside edges will puff and center will be slightly soft.
When cooked to desired doneness, let stand, covered with waxed paper, 7 to 10 minutes.
