Shrimp Onion Quiche

Ingredients
  Unbaked 9 inch pastry shell 1
  Bacon slices 2
  Chopped green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen shrimp 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Half and half 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

If using a frozen pastry shell, remove from metal pan to glass pan.
Prick lightly with a fork.
Microwave at HIGH 4 to 6 minutes or until dry-looking on bottom.
Set aside.
Place bacon on paper towels.
Microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Crumble into cooked crust.
Combine onion and shrimp in a small bowl.
Cover.
Microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Drain.
Spread over bacon in crust.
Top with cheese.
Beat egg well in a small glass bowl.
Stir in half-and-half, salt, and pepper.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at HIGH 1 minute.
Pour over other ingredients in crust.
Microwave, covered, at HIGH 1 minute.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave at MEDIUM 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Let stand, covered, 1 minute before serving.
