Spinach And Mushroom Quiche

  Fresh mushrooms 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), sliced
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen spinach souffle 12 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Sweet italian sausage 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and crumbled
  Swiss cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), shredded
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Whipping cream 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  9 inch pie crust 1 , baked (Deep Dish)

Saute mushrooms in butter until tender; drain well.
Add spinach souffle, sausage, cheese, eggs, cream, pepper and hot sauce.
Pour into crust.
Convection Bake at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
