Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), cut into small pieces (Do Not Use Margarine)
  Cold water 3 Tablespoon
  Grated gruyere cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Assorted wild mushroom 1 Pound, chopped (Fresh, Shiitake, Oyster, Etc)
Directions

1. Heat oven to 450°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour and 1/3 cup cold butter. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add cold water 1 teaspoon at a time until the dough is moistened. Shape into a ball.
