|9 inch baked pie crust||1 (Deep-Dish)|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)|
|Frozen spinach souffle||12 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Sweet italian sausage||1⁄2 Pound, cooked and crumbled|
|Shredded swiss cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Whipping cream||3 Tablespoon|
|Hot sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Bake crust according to package directions.
Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 375°F (*350°F).
In skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Drain well.
Combine mushrooms, spinach souffle, sausage, cheese, eggs, cream, pepper and hot sauce. Pour into baked crust.
Convection Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
