Quick Quiche Lorraine

|8 inch baked pie shell||1|
|Swiss cheese slices||4 Large, cut into strips|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red pepper||1 Pinch|
Place strips of cheese in pie shell.
Beat eggs with a fork; add cream and seasonings, blending well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 5 minutes in a 450° oven.
Reduce heat to 400° and bake 5 to 10 minutes more, or until firm.
