Quick And Easy Quiche
|Egg substitute||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Low fat buttermilk biscuit and baking mix||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant non fat dry milk powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated fresh parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Diced low salt reduced fat ham||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
Add first 8 ingredients to bowl, and process 1 minute or until mixture is smooth.
Combine egg substitute mixture, Cheddar cheese, ham, and chopped green onions in a medium bowl; stir well.
Pour egg substitute mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until set.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with green onion slices and cherry tomatoes, if desired.
