Mushroom Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
  9 inch unbaked pastry shell 1
  Eggs 4
  Light cream/Half and half 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion mushroom soup mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Bacon slices 5 , crisp-cooked and crumbled
  Shredded swiss cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Bake pastry shell 10 minutes; reduce heat to 375°F.
In large bowl, beat eggs; blend in cream, Lipton Onion-Mushroom Recipe Soup Mix, and bacon.
Sprinkle cheese in pastry shell; pour in egg mixture.
Bake 40 minutes, or until quiche tests done.
