Mushroom Quiche Lorraine
|9 inch unbaked pastry shell||1|
|Light cream/Half and half||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Onion mushroom soup mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Bacon slices||5 , crisp-cooked and crumbled|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Bake pastry shell 10 minutes; reduce heat to 375°F.
In large bowl, beat eggs; blend in cream, Lipton Onion-Mushroom Recipe Soup Mix, and bacon.
Sprinkle cheese in pastry shell; pour in egg mixture.
Bake 40 minutes, or until quiche tests done.
