Easy Quiche Lorraine
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Eggs||4 , lightly beaten|
|Ground red pepper||1 Dash|
|Shredded swiss cheese||8 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Bacon||1⁄4 Pound, crisply cooked and crumbled (Armour Star)|
|9 inch unbaked pastry shell||1|
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine milk, eggs, and seasonings; mix well.
Toss cheese with flour; add cheese mixture and bacon to egg mixture.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350°F., 40 to 45 minutes.
Garnish with Bacon Curls and parsley.
Bacon Curls Cook slices of Armour Star Bacon until almost crisp.
Roll each slice around the tines of a fork to make a curl.
Cook until crisp.
Drain on absorbent paper.
