Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
Save bacon drippings.
Fry onion in bacon drippings until tender.
Place cheese in pie shell; top with bacon, onion and tuna.
Mix eggs with cream, salt, monosodium glutamate and hot sauce; pour over tuna mixture and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake in a 425° oven 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 325° and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
