|Eggs||2 Large, lightly beaten|
|Chopped broccoli||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced cooked lean ham||1⁄2 Ounce|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried onion flakes||2 Teaspoon|
|Wonton wrappers||2 1⁄2 (3 Inch Squares)|
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray small custard cup with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
2. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except wonton skins until blended.
3. Place 1/4 wonton skins, slightly overlapping, in prepared cup. Slowly pour in egg mixture; top with remaining wonton skins, gently folding corners down side of dish; spray top lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Using tip of sharp knife, make small slit in top. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes.
