Wild Rice Quiche

Ingredients
  Bulk pork sausage 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and crumbled
  Wild rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked and cooled
  Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Milk 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Buttermilk biscuits/Baking mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 4
Directions

In a greased 10-in.pie plate, layer sausage, rice and cheese.
In a bowl, combine milk, baking mix and eggs; beat until smooth.
Pour evenly over cheese.
Bake at 400° for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting
