Wild Rice Quiche
|Bulk pork sausage||1⁄2 Pound, cooked and crumbled|
|Wild rice||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked and cooled|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Milk||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Buttermilk biscuits/Baking mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a greased 10-in.pie plate, layer sausage, rice and cheese.
In a bowl, combine milk, baking mix and eggs; beat until smooth.
Pour evenly over cheese.
Bake at 400° for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting
