Pour eggs into pie shell.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until partially set.
Slice tomatoes; then slice each slice in half.
Lay tomato slices around edge and in middle of the quiche.
Place back in oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until mixture is completely set.
