|Red bell pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Asparagus||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Leek||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sliced|
|Shredded swiss cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Half and half/Whipping cream||2 1⁄3 Cup (37.33 tbs)|
|Pie crust||1 (9 Inch Unbaked)|
Combine ham, pepper, asparagus, leek, cheese and flour; toss lightly.
Gently mix eggs and half-and-half.
Add ham mixture to egg mixture, mixing lightly.
Pour mixture into pastry-lined 9-inch quiche dish or pie pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 425°F; reduce heat to 325°F.
Continue baking 20 minutes or until done.
