Southwest Ham N Cheese Quiche
|Flour tortillas||4 (8 Inch)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Diced ham||8 Ounce (1 1/2 Cup)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salsa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Salsa||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Tablespoon|
Heat oven to 350°F.
Cut 3 tortillas in half.
Place remaining whole tortilla in bottom of greased 10-inch quiche dish or tart pan; brush with melted butter.
Arrange tortilla halves around edge of dish, rounded sides up, overlapping to form pastry shell.
Brush with remaining butter.
Place 9-inch round cake pan inside quiche dish.
Bake 5 minutes.
Cool; remove cake pan.
In large bowl, combine cheese and ham.
Stir in sour cream, salsa and eggs.
Pour into tortilla shell.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes.
