Souper Easy Quiche
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup/Sauce||11 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Drained cooked chopped broccoli||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|9 inch unbaked piecrust||1|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Teaspoon|
In medium bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
Gradually add soup and cream, mixing well.
Sprinkle cheese, ham and broccoli evenly over piecrust.
Pour soup mixture over all.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 350°F.50 minutes or until center is set.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
