|Canned crab meat||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Gruyere cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Shallots||4 , minced|
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
In a bowl, mix crab, cheese and shallots.
In a second bowl, mix eggs, cream, paprika and pepper.
On a cookie sheet, place tarts.
Spoon first mixture into crusts.
Gently pour egg and cream mixture over crab.
Bake in oven around 20 minutes.
