Crab Quiches

Ingredients
  Canned crab meat 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Gruyere cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Shallots 4 , minced
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Tart crusts 24
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
In a bowl, mix crab, cheese and shallots.
Set aside.
In a second bowl, mix eggs, cream, paprika and pepper.
Set aside.
On a cookie sheet, place tarts.
Spoon first mixture into crusts.
Gently pour egg and cream mixture over crab.
Bake in oven around 20 minutes.
