Cheese And Spinach Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Half and half 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shredded swiss cheese 6 Ounce (1.5 Cup)
  Frozen chopped spinach/4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled 10 Ounce, cooked and drained (1 Package)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat eggs with half'n half until light and fluffy.
Blend in cheese, spinach, bacon, lemon juice and salt.
Pour into lightly greased 9-inch quiche dish.
TO COOK BY INSTA-MATIC: Cover completely with plastic wrap.
Cook on COOK 6.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cook at MEDIUM 10 to 12 minutes.
TO COMPLETE: Quiche is done when knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Cut into 10 wedges to serve.
