Ham And Cheddar Quiche
|Chopped cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Baked 9 inch pastry shell||1 (Lined In A Pie Plate)|
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Undiluted evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon (Spicy One)|
1. Preheat convection oven to 325°F.
2. Sprinkle ham and cheese over baked pastry shell.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher. Pour over cheese.
4. Place pie plate on bottom metal rack. Cook in microwave/convection oven 25 to 30 minutes at Combination I, or until center is set. Let stand 5 minutes.
