Cheese-Chili Quiche

Ingredients
  Eggs 10 Small, beaten
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, 1 cube, melted in 9x 13-inch pan
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Canned diced mild green chiles 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cottage cheese 1 Pint
  Jack cheese/Mixture of jack and other cheeses 1 Pound, grated (4 Cups)
Directions

Heat oven to 400°.
Add flour, salt and baking powder to eggs just until blended.
Add melted butter, chiles, cottage cheese and other cheeses until blended.
Pour into pan (it is already buttered) and bake for 15 minutes.
Lower heat on oven to 350° and bake 30 minutes more or until set and lightly browned.
Cut into squares.
