After Christmas Quiche
|Baked quiche shell||1|
|Diced cooked turkey/Chicken and ham mixed||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk/Light cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped chives||1 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1 Pinch|
Spread diced meats in bottom of baked quiche shell.
Beat eggs lightly with wire whip.
Stir in evaporated milk, chives, salt and pepper.
Pour over meat.
Microwave as directed above.
