Cheese And Onion Quiche
|Baked quiche shell||2|
|Onions||2 , finely chopped|
|Evaporated milk/Light cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese/Gruyere cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1 Pinch|
|Green onion||2 Teaspoon, finely chopped|
Combine onions and butter in 2-cup measure.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until onions are transparent.
Spread in bottom of baked quiche shell.
Beat eggs lightly with wire whip.
Stir in evaporated milk, cheese, mustard, green onions salt and pepper.
Pour over onions.
Microwave as directed above.
