Spinach And Parmesan Quiche
|Bread slice||2 , made into crumbs|
|Frozen chopped spinach||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dehydrated onion flakes||2 Tablespoon|
|Evaporated skimmed milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Ounce|
Combine bread crumbs (reserve 1/4 cup crumbs) with water, mix to a paste and press into the bottom of a pie plate or quiche dish.
Bake at 400Â° F. for 10 minutes to make crust.
In small saucepan, cook spinach according to package directions, drain, squeeze dry and add onion flakes, salt, pepper, nutmeg and reserved crumbs.
Remove from heat.
Beat eggs and milk together; add spinach mixture.
Stir in margarine; mix well.
Transfer to pie shell, top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 400Â° F. for 35-40 minutes.
