Spinach And Parmesan Quiche

Ingredients
  Bread slice 2 , made into crumbs
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen chopped spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dehydrated onion flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Eggs 2
  Evaporated skimmed milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Ounce
Directions

Combine bread crumbs (reserve 1/4 cup crumbs) with water, mix to a paste and press into the bottom of a pie plate or quiche dish.
Bake at 400° F. for 10 minutes to make crust.
Let cool.
In small saucepan, cook spinach according to package directions, drain, squeeze dry and add onion flakes, salt, pepper, nutmeg and reserved crumbs.
Remove from heat.
Beat eggs and milk together; add spinach mixture.
Stir in margarine; mix well.
Transfer to pie shell, top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 400° F. for 35-40 minutes.
