No Crust Quiche Lorraine is a delicious side dish recipe. Try this effortlessly prepared mouth watering No Crust Quiche Lorraine; you would always love to serve to your loved ones.
Ingredients
  Bacon slices 10 , cooked and crumbled
  Evaporated milk 1 Can (10 oz)
  Shredded swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4 Medium
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Sprinkle crumbled bacon, cheese, and onion in 9 inch glass pie plate.
Combine remaining ingredients; beat until well blended.
Pour over bacon mixture.
Bake 9 minutes, giving dish a quarter turn every 3 minutes.
Center will be soft; let stand 10 to 12 minutes to finish cooking.
Cut in wedges to serve.
