No Crust Quiche Lorraine
|Bacon slices||10 , cooked and crumbled|
|Evaporated milk||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
Sprinkle crumbled bacon, cheese, and onion in 9 inch glass pie plate.
Combine remaining ingredients; beat until well blended.
Pour over bacon mixture.
Bake 9 minutes, giving dish a quarter turn every 3 minutes.
Center will be soft; let stand 10 to 12 minutes to finish cooking.
Cut in wedges to serve.
