Turkey And Rice Quiche

  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooled to room temperature
  Chopped cooked turkey 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Medium, seeded and diced
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped basil leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Non-stick cooking spray 2
  Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cups)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cups)

Combine rice, turkey, tomato, onions, green pepper, basil, salt, ground red pepper, milk, and eggs in 13 X 9-inch pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Top with cheeses.
Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
