Turkey And Rice Quiche
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs), cooled to room temperature|
|Chopped cooked turkey||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, seeded and diced|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced green bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped basil leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Non-stick cooking spray||2|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cups)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cups)|
Combine rice, turkey, tomato, onions, green pepper, basil, salt, ground red pepper, milk, and eggs in 13 X 9-inch pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Top with cheeses.
Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
