Crab Quiche

Ingredients
  Pie shell 1
  Canned crab/Fresh crab meat 7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Green onions 4 Large, chopped
  Grated gruyere cheese/Monterey jack cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg/Mace 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Bake pie shell for 4 minutes.
Add crab, onion, cheese and egg-milk mixture.
Sprinkle almonds on top.
Bake 10 minutes at 400°; then 35-45 minutes at 325°.
