|Vegetable shortening pastry shell||1|
|Frozen welsh rarebit||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Bacon slices||5 , crisp cooked, drained and crumbled|
|Pimiento||1 , cut into strips|
Bake and cool pastry.
Heat frozen rarebit at 350° for 10to 15 minutes, until defrosted.
Remove from oven; cool slightly.
Beat eggs; add rarebit and pepper; mix until well blended.
Stir in bacon; pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until knife inserted off center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes; cut in wedges; top with pimiento.
