Milk Punch Recipes
Combine lemon rind milk and sugar in saucepan. Heat until just scalded. Fold in egg whites rum brandy and almond extract. Serve in punch cups.
Hot Milk Punch
MAKING 1.In a blender mix chilled milk cognac vanilla ice cream castor sugar and vanilla. 2.Blend the ingredients at high until a smooth mixture is formed. SERVING 3.Serve in medium sized glass with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
Make a simple syrup by combining sugar and water and heating in a double boiler until sugar dissolves. Cool. Cover bottom of a 1 cup measuring cup with simple syrup. Reserve extra syrup for use in doubling. Add syrup to milk bourbon and vanilla. Serve in punch
Put the milk sugar almond essence and orange rind into a saucepan. Bring just to the boil then remove from heat. Whisk the egg white to a stiff snow. Add to milk with the rum and brandy whisking gently until the punch is frothy. Ladle into cups or heatproof

MAKING 1 In a cocktail shaker put ice cubes. 2 Add sugar whisky and milk over ice. 3 Shake the mixture until a frost forms. 4 Pour into highball glass without straining. SERVING 5 Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
Pour brandy into blender with milk sugar vanilla and crushed ice cubes. Whirl the mixture until it is frothy and well blended. Pour into glasses or punch cups sprinkle with nutmeg.

MAKING 1 In a blender add all the ingredients with cracked ice and blend thoroughly. SERVING 2 Pour the Milk Punch in a tall glass and serve with Sunday brunch.
Mix all ingredients. Pour over crushed ice. Makes 4 large glasses.

In a 1 1 2 quart pan melt sugar over medium heat tilting pan rather than stirring to melt sugar evenly . When sugar is a rich amber color pour milk into pan all at once mixture foams vigorously . Add cinnamon stick and heat milk to scalding stirring frequently
Boil the milk dissolve the sugar in it strain and chill. Add the brandy or rum and the whipped cream. Mix well and half freeze. Serve in a half frozen condition in small china sorbet cups and if liked grate a little nutmeg or cinnamon on top before serving.
Easy Milk Punch
Mix the milk and water together and heat until a little warm add the sugar lemon juice and stir well together then add the brandy stir it again and run it through a flannel bag until it is very fine then bottle it it will keep a fortnight or so.
