Pink Cloud Punch
|Unsweetened pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ginger ale||1 Quart, chilled|
Blend thoroughly the pineapple juice, lemon juice, and grenadine.
Beat egg whites until frothy.
Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks are formed.
Gradually add juice mixture, beating constantly until blended.
Add the ginger ale; stir gently to mix.
Pour over ice block in a punch bowl.
