Mocha Punch

Ingredients
  Brewed coffee 7 Cup (112 tbs), chilled
  Chocolate ice cream 1⁄2 Gallon, softened and divided
  Whipping cream 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), whipped and divided
  Rum 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated semisweet chocolate 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine coffee, half of ice cream, and 4 cups whipped cream in a large mixing bowl or punch bowl, stir gently with a wire whisk until almost smooth.
Add rum, stir gently.
Fold in remainder of ice cream.
Garnish each serving with a dollop of remaining whipped cream and a sprinkle of grated chocolate.
