Ingredients
  Currants 1 Quart
  Oranges 5 , juiced
  Sweet cider 1 Quart
  Lemon 3 , juiced
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 1
Directions

Extract juice of currants in juicer.
Blend with cider.
Dissolve honey in mixture.
Add remaining ingredients.
Garnish bowl with additional currants or orange and lemon slices.
Use remaining currant pulp in fruit compotes.
