1 Cup (16 tbs), chill
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (or other orange liqueur)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (use dark or light rum instead)
Chilled sparkling wine
1⁄2 Medium, thinly sliced
1. In a large pitcher, pour orange juice, rum, and triple sec.
2. Gradually pour sparkling wine and stir gently.
3. In a champagne flute, fold and place an orange slice at the bottom.
4. Pour punch in glass.
5. Garnish with rosemary sprig and serve rum punch immediately.
