Party Citrus Punch
|Citric acid||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Cold water||5 Quart|
|Canned pineapple juice||46 Ounce, chilled (1 Can)|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce, thawed and undiluted (1 Can)|
|Chilled ginger ale||1 Quart|
1) Dissolve citric acid and 1/2 cup boiling water.
2) Dissolve sugar and cold water and add citric acid mixture, pineapple juice, and orange juice concentrate.
3) Stir in ginger ale just before serving.
4) Pour the citrus punch over ice.
