Strawberry Champagne Punch

Ingredients
  Strawberries 400 Gram, quartered
  Castor sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cognac 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peach brandy 75 Milliliter
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crushed ice 2 Kilogram
  Champagne 2 1⁄4 Liter, chilled (3 Bottles Of 750 Milliliter Each)
  Peaches 6 , blanched, peeled and sliced
  Mint sprig 12
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, combine strawberries with sugar, cognac, peach brandy and limejuice.
2.Stir well and refrigerate overnight.

FINALIZING
3.Pour in punch bowls and add ice and champagne.
4.Stir in peaches and mint.

SERVING
5.Serve garnished with mint.
