Tropical Wine Punch
|Cream of coconut||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Coco Casa)|
|White wine||1 1⁄2 Quart, chilled (2 Bottles, 4/5 Quart)|
|Pineapple juice||4 Cup (64 tbs), chilled|
|Orange liqueur||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange slice||4 (As Needed)|
|Strawberries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (As Needed)|
1. In a large bowl, mix together cream of coconut and wine.
2. Add pineapple juice and orange liqueur; stir well.
3. In a punch bowl, spoon mixture and refrigerate for several hours to chill well.
4. Garnish with slices of orange and hulled halved strawberries.
